GLADSTONE, N.J. – March 11, 2019 – Lineage Equine has joined the growing list of sponsors and supporters for the Garden State Horse Show, produced by the Junior Essex Troop. The USEF Premier hunter/jumper horse show is scheduled for April 27-May 5 at its new location at Hamilton Farm, home of the U.S. Equestrian Team (USET) Foundation and former training grounds for the U.S. Equestrian Team.

The mission of Lineage Equine is to offer high quality, functional and stylish products that provide a platform for any rider to be the best they can be across any discipline. The products are engineered for riders by riders and made in the USA.

Lineage Equine launched its first breakthrough product, a new line of equestrian stirrups, six months ago and the response has been overwhelming. Alyson Trust, an amateur rider and the founder of Lineage Equine, was shopping for a new pair of stirrups and was unhappy with the choices. She realized that there was a need for high-quality, durable and lightweight stirrups at a reasonable price.

Trust decided to create her own stirrup and brand. Working with her husband’s resources in the automobile metal fabricating industry and with feedback from amateur and professional horse people, Lineage Equine was born. The functional and stylish stirrups were created with a unique design that helps riders perform at their best.

“The Lineage Equine stirrups are perfectly balanced,” Trust said. “They are high-quality and offer stability and comfort. The foot pads are grippy without compromising the soles of your boots.”

The Lineage Stirrup was created out of a need for a high quality, durable, lightweight stirrup. The product is made out of premium aluminum and features a wide footbed and strong grip system to fit any rider.

Trust, a longtime New Yorker, grew up competing at the Garden State Horse Show. Some years back she relocated to California and she is excited to support the show and introduce her products to the East Coast.

“I am really looking forward to being there,” Trust said. “I’ll be on-site to show riders the products. It’ll be so great to connect with old friends.”

Lineage Equine Stirrups may be purchased on the website and at select tack shops and horse show vendors across the country. For more information about Lineage Equine visit

The Garden State Horse Show was founded in 1951 by the Junior Essex Troop, a cadet auxiliary born out of the 102nd Cavalry – New Jersey National Guard Essex Troop, to teach young men ages 11-18 cavalry-style horsemanship. In 1983 the Junior Essex Troop became coed. Though the Troop ceased daily operations in 1989, the organization continues its mission to foster education and horsemanship by supporting youth organizations, collegiate equine programs, scholarships and animal rescue.

New Jersey’s Hamilton Farm, home to the USET Foundation and former training facility for the U.S. Equestrian Team, is the country’s most important historic equestrian venue. Once New Jersey’s largest and most important equestrian event, The Garden State Horse Show is a spring tradition.

At Garden State Horse Show, exhibitors will enjoy the amenities of the world-class facility, including top-notch footing, welcoming hospitality and great shopping.
